Elizabeth, where did you get your pointy flats and what do you do about the sock issue? I have some nice shapely black ballet flats which look great with skinnies but it's really getting a bit cold for bare feet...

Faddy I think they're from Barratts - they're really nice and only £20. They might still have them, got them about 6 months ago.

I don't wear socks or tights with them - I changed out of my boots when I got to work :)

They're really cute Elizabeth!

RunFatGirl your outfit does sound amazing - who are The Literati? I'm intrigued!

RunFatGirlRun · 17/10/2013 12:01

Faddy thanks - I literally don't get out much so get highly excited even I do, it's actually quite patheticGrin I'm a writer so my love is 95% solitude in a stained dressing gown and for the remaining 5% I have to make myself presentable...

RunFatGirlRun · 17/10/2013 12:01

ElizabethBathory · 17/10/2013 12:08

Have to say Faddy in case you're considering them, they're not very comfy at first - took a lot of wearing in and I still wouldn't want to walk far in them. Luckily I have a lazy, desk-based job. They're a lot lower in the vamp than they look on the website - am very fussy about flats, there needs to be a tiny bit of toe cleavage...

FaddyPeony · 17/10/2013 12:09

That sounds familiar, RunFatGirl; I'm in the writing business myself and get so excited anytime I get to leave the house to go to anything even vaguely cultural.

Loving the sound of the jewellery especially. Have fun in LDN!

Amber your outfit sounds just divine.
