Woolovers cardi question

I bought a beautiful teal cardi but threw it out after a few wears/washes because the edge where the buttons and buttonholes are is 'folded over' and never sat quite right.

Are they all like this?

Why didn't you send it back? My dd has a cardi from there and it is fine.

It was part of the design I assumed Confused

It wasn't a raw edge, it was just the way it was finished. It was also a gift and I didn't have the heart to ask for it to be returned.

Sorry if my post sounded a little abrupt - I didn't mean it to!

Thanks

Mine have been fine from there and have washed brilliantly so it's likely that it was faulty.

Thanks, it's very odd though - it had like a hatband material underneath the button and buttonhole edges so I assumed it was part of the style. Are the ones now available just edge to edge?
