Can a non-wired bra be made wired?

My Panache Sophie is perfect in every single way, except for the lack of wire.

Is it possible to put wires in? Are they available in standard sizes or are they custom-made if a bra is to be manufactured as underwired?

The bra appears to have the seams where wires would go and everything. But I'm probably being ridiculous.

I think the chances of you finding wires which are exactly the right shape are pretty remote TBH.

Are you having difficulty finding a comfy bra with wires?

Meh. I was afraid that might be the answer. Thanks.

I am struggling to find a comfortable nursing bra with wires - any suggestions? (I'm assuming there's no good reason for this - my understanding is that underwire is always fine as long as it's the right size. DS is now 18mo so I'm not envisaging any frequent shifts of size, but it doesn't look like he's going to be weaned in public any time soon and tbh I'm a bit sick of non-wired bras now.)

Whoops, I missed out a bit. Should read "I'm assuming such a thing exists" - not sure where my brain was when I was typing something completely different...

Underwired nursing bras do exist - just a woeful amount of them. What size are you?

A lot of ladies go down the converting route - you can buy clips from ebay to do this. Ewa Michalak also makes nursing bras which are wired in just about any size, and there is also the anita.

Anything in here which takes your fancy/in your size?

Excellent service when I bought from them.

Or convert, as above.
