work uniform / shoe colour dilemma

I'm not sure that I have a great eye for colour, so wanted opinions on what colour shoes I should get for work.

New job...and the uniform is, ahem, interesting. Choice to wear either a bright orange or a bright yellow t-shirt, with black trousers or black skirt. Paired with a black jacket that has a red stripe down the front. See - told you it was interesting!

Currently wearing black ballet pumps which look fine, but need something sturdier/warmer for the winter. Fancy a pair of brogues, and here is my dilemma. I know that the sensible colour to go for would be black. However, I really like these from Clarks which are a deep wine colour:

I would get much more wear out of them outside of work - whereas I can't see myself wearing black ones casually.

Soooo...could I get away with the wine colour brogues? If my entire uniform was black / neutral I'd think it was fine - but it's the orange and yellow t-shirts which are throwing me. Would I look too mismatched?

Can you zip the jacket up to hide some / most of the citrus top?

I'd go for it, and do thick black tights, 80 denier jobs, if you wear a skirt.
