Jeans for the uninitiated!

I need jeans. I don't have any and haven't bought any in years. Can you wise S&Bers help?

I'm quite tall (5 ft 9) and curvy (big hips and bust, smaller waist), so I'd like something to sit well on my curves, preferably high waisted so I won't forever be pulling them up. A straight or skinny cut would be good - something quite long and lean which doesn't make me look like an overfilled sausage! Grin And definitely no Middleton style bootcuts.

I'm also pretty skint and probably can't go over £20. Any advice would be very welcome. Smile

M&S 5 pocket jeggings. £19.50 with a proper fly/button and pockets
Range of colours, sit just below belly button and come in different lengths. Skinny but stretchy

They sound interesting, thanks goodasitgets! Do they feel quite solid, a bit like real jeans?

Depends - some of the colours are different! The denim ones are more real, the navy/black seem thinner. Def best to buy in store as they are a bit unpredictable
Failing that, primark and peacocks are good
