Help. Urgent. Upper lip red raw after waxing

I waxed my tache last night as I have many times before and I have woken up and one side is red raw. It looks angry and feels angry :(

What can I do to ease the redness. The redness MUST be gone or completely disguised by tomorrow. What do I need to buy - preferably from Tesco.

This happens to me all the time. I use sudocrem and it's like magic. Smile

I'd go for well wrapped up ice, and then sudocrem. ouch

TY

Should I buy some concealer or something as an emergency cover up in case. If so how do I choose. Make up novice.

Am I right in thiking I need a green base concealer? How do I match colour?

I think if you are a novice with make up and concealer, you might well achieve the opposite and draw more attention to it.

I use sudocreme if it's really bad but generally after waxing I put vitamin E facial oil on and it settles it right down. I would leave the make-up off for a good 24 hours and just let the skin heal. I find that if you don't the skin goes dry and chapped and looks unsightly for weeks. Just keep it well moisturised.

I swear by sudocreme :-)

Another recommendation for sudocream from me - go to bed with it slathered on your upper lip area and it should be miles better and less red in the morning
