Need comfortable but stylish heels for work???

I sprained my ankle a while back and wearing heels still makes it ache.

I need heels for work as flats won't work with my skirts etc. they don't need to be very high.

I am thinking about buying some in clarks. Any suggestions on another place that might have comfortable small heels?

Debenhams do lots of mid heel shoes which are actually quite low some are frumpy I won't lie but there is the odd jem. Dube do a decent range of lower heels too

Dune

New Look are pretty good, I've got a couple of pairs from there which are really comfy. Also m&s do mid heeled shoes, I can't comment on whether they're comfortable though as don't own a pair.

I might try dune Grin

I'm boycotting new look shoes as I was wearing a really high pair when I sprained my ankle ConfusedConfused so decided not to wear new look shoes again.

I have some m&s ones they are abit sore on the backs of my ankles Confused

As you can tell getting the right shoes can be hard work for me Hmm

How high? I have a pair of Geox platform courts which are so comfy, but they might be a bit high...

I have got a pair of black patent mary jane type from Next, they are reasonably high but VERY comfortable (think the sole is padded). would definitely recommend them!

rubbishfamily333 · 12/10/2013 23:39

I'm thinking maybe about 3 inches

I had some from next that were comfortable as well, I will have a look in there Grin

It is these ones here

Bunbaker · 13/10/2013 00:43

Those are high heels in my book.

rubbishfamily333 · 13/10/2013 08:55

That's the kind of thing I'm looking for, but maybe a little lower. I'll pop into next and have a look Grin

How about these? I find aldo shoes comfortable and they have a reasonable range of mid-low (as they call them) heels.

Bunbaker · 13/10/2013 11:00

Those are still high heels to me!

I bought some Anika Kendra courts in Clarks, and they are super comfy
