Jeans that cover my bum!

Another jeans thread!

I am size 14/16 with large thighs. My last pair of jeans that cover my bum are so tatty but I can't find any new ones! I have ones that fit on my hips but I have to wear long tops/short dresses with these and still hate that feeling that my bum is being exposed when I bend over. Plus DH and DD try to give me wedgies when I put my shoes on Grin

I'm off shopping after lunch. Does anyone know which shops if any sell jeans that sit higher up! Would prefer affordable shops, not designer, but will pay more if I have to,..

If you just can't get them on the high street please suggest some online stores.

Thank you

Try next high waist skinnies.

I bought the real straight jeans from Gap earlier this week and have had no bum exposure Smile

I second the Gap ones. I hate jeans that come up too short as I spend the whole time hoiking them up. There's no hoiking with these even without a belt.

Gap and I have a super pair from Dorothy Perkins that unexpectedly fit me perfectly.

Just posted on another thread. I am pear shaped with parsnip thighs and am wearing a really comfortable pair of high waist skinnies that actually fit in the right places. I got them from Tesco a few weeks ago. They have washed well and not shrunk.

Sorry it's a bit late, I just wanted to update to say thanks for the advice. I got a pair from Gap, which fit perfectly (plus I am a size 10 in their US sizes! Grin).
