I just needed to say that and

I had highlights put into my fine strawberry blonde hair earlier this week and immediately realised it might have been a big mistake. Although my hair is fine, it was it good condition and I'd been growing it which took aaages and is now a chin length bob.
After the highlights my hair looked terrible. Flat, lifeless and wispy. I was 
and thought I'd have to have it all cut off really short again
After some frantic trawling on mumsnet and googling generally Redken Extreme kept being mentioned. Used it today and I'm transformed. So, so relieved. Want excellent stuff it is. I'm going to throw away every other bottle of supermarket jollop I have cluttering up my bathroom and stick with that from now on.
