Dress needed for wedding next weekend

I'm 5'3" normally curvy size 12 but am 8wks pregnant with DC2 and am now curvier than usual! Need a cheap outfit for a wedding next weekend that looks elegant/ demure and doesn't make me look like a sausage....anyone able to help?!

It's nice, what kind of jewellery do you normally wear? I just ask because I think it would look nice with gold chunky jewellery but no point suggesting it if you don't have any!
