Work Do in December -what to wear???

Seeking style gurus everywhere please!

My DH work do in December, but I'm looking for an outfit that I can wear time and time again at different smart-casual occasions. I dress modestly (covering top parts of arms, minimal cleavage, legs covered, bum covered, nothing too tight ie no bodycons).

I'm a size 10-12, still bf, 5'4".

Thanks Cecilia. I would have to wear those dresses with leggings to cover my legs. Would that look ok do you think or a bit odd? What shoes would go?
