If you can suspend your disbelief, a tiny little bit!

First off, I had the QVC version which I was impressed with, until I dropped it in the bath and it stopped working. I'm broke so chance of replacing it and never could justify an actual CS. So.... I tried using the soft brushes on my sonic toothbrush (lidl bargain!) and it works brilliantly!

Been doing it for almost a month and my skin is amazing, better than the QVC one. Ok, I don't have any fancy add ons, but I can't really see what the difference is, especially now I've tried it, and the results are great. It feels no different, and the smaller brush makes cleaning around your nose easier. So I thought I'd share my amazing frugal beauty tip.

Sneer all you like if you think I sound mad, my pores are gleaming so I don't care! It's all marketing I tell you!

Excellent idea. Thank you for sharing.

I recall reading years and years ago that Joanna Lumley swore by using an old toothbrush to clean her face with and how it made her skin look and feel so good.

It makes sense that an electronic one would work even better.

I have a sonic toothbrush but am going to buy a cheaper one especially for my face.

Thank you for his superb tip. Thanks

Thanks, I'm really glad I tried it, I've been lusting after the real thing for ages, but no more!
