I thought I had found 'the one' last time I got my hair highlighted. FINALLY non-stripey, natural-looking highlights. Went back for touch-up, it is not only brassy but he didn't do the whole strand so colour stops half-way down my head. So fucked off.
Is it even humanly possible to consistently get highlights that don't look shit?
