sleeveless long coat???

Kinda like Mrs Beckham has been seen in.
has anyone seen anything similar with cigarette trousers to match?? I've seen a long coat with faux leather strip around the neck and matching trousers in h&m but I would need to cut off the arms so not sure would it work.... any advice appreciated thanks

h&m have a sleeveless long wool coat online....

I am calling it a coat but more like a long waistcoat. I want to wear it out for a night out NOT as a "coat". Apologies if a number of you have misunderstood. I am a professional not a fashion victim. Thank you for the links x
