You could probably get away with a size s/m. s-m is meant to fit a size 8-10 and a m/l size 12-14.

If you're a 10-12 you may need to try both sizes to be on the safe side!

Rats are a type of legging that have a scrunched up effect. Sass and bide is a brand.
OP, you can get rats leggings much, much cheaper off ebay and they're pretty decent.
