Hello, you gave me a successful bra intervention six months ago and I have been comfortable for the first time in years.

But I have recently lost quite a bit of weight and wondered if my bra size should change?

I am wearing Fantasie bras, size 40F, tightest setting. My current under bust is 37 inches, with the measurement on leaning forward round the dangly bits as 45 inches. Am I ok in my 40Fs?

a 38g or 36gg might be a better fit now. Is the horizontal strap starting to creep up your back now that you've lost weight?

treaclesoda · 06/10/2013 10:52

no, actually, I forgot about ff when I was counting, maybe 38ff, or 36g?

Yes, the horizontal strap at the back is moving up, and the bit in between my boobs (quite high cut in my bras) is moving up/down.

start with 36ff and g

Thank you. I am concerned that the 36 size will be too tight. Is it normally the case that you go down an inch if you're in between chest sizes? Thanks. xx

it is for most people and especially those above about 34. a lot of people actually go down a full size when they are above a 36. but try the 38 too
