White Company/ Boden sizing

I am a 'Large' in White Company long sleeved t shirt. Would I be size 14 or 16 in Boden long sleeved t shirt ?
Boden is much cheaper, but is the quality the same?
As I am not in U. K. delivery and returns are much more expensive so I need to get it right. Thanks in advance.

In the past I found Boden sizing slightly generous but this season things I've tried (mostly trousers) have been more true to size. Maybe ring or email Boden for advice? I would say TWC is better quality but it's also dearer.

Boden is generous and I often have to go down a size.

I find Boden stuff varies by item, but on the whole is true to size. They list the measurements for each item on the item's page so you can tell exactly what the fit is if that helps?
