rose oil?

Hi, yesterday I had a 'scan' on my face in wholefoods, the outcome was huge sun damage and the lovely lady trying to sell me a solution said that rose oil and jojoba oil were healing and would reverse the sun damage. Also it would get rid of stretch marks - anyone tried this?

Rosehip oil is really good for healing old acne scars and sun damage, it has a naturally occurring retinol in it. Not sure about jojoba oil, think it is recommended for oily skin.

I don't think anything can get rid of stretchmarks though, except time!
