The Shred - how often for results??

I've just done the shred for hte first time, having bought it, ooh, 5 years ago. I loved that it was over so quick but my legs are like jelly now!

I'm dieting really hard so probably won't physically be able to do every day, do you think i'll see results every other day?

Yep. 3 or 4 times per week suits me. Good luck

When I used it I did 5 times per week and the results were great

I'm doing it 3 times a week and either swimming or cycling for 30 mins on the other days. One day off a week!

Hopefully tone up and lose a stone before Christmas.

That kind of exercise should put your body into fat burning mode for about 48 hours. So doing the Shred every 2 days should be enough to make a big difference.

Every two days gets results for me - I like to take a rest day to let my knees recover!

Great, every other day it is then. Which is a relief as I can hardly bloody walk today never mind do a squat!
