I love them and wish I could afford them, as it is I have £80 to kit me out in boots, coat and jumpers until christmas.

Take deep breaths. Click on the Clarks website and have a browse. You'll start to love them again.

The shoes are almost fabulous, but then they messed up with the sole/heel which really cheapens it Imo.

Love both, so I go with the above suggestion of buying the shoes, and a cheaper pair of boots with the left over money. Debenhams a few lovely styles.

Someone on another thread was thinking about Clarks boots for 90 quid - v similar, but not quite as nice. But if you liked them you could afford both.
