I live in NZ and once in a while I do a WhiteStuff order as a wee treat. But my last one hasn't arrived and I'm starting to doubt they have sent it. I made it by phone cos the website wouldn't work and I didn't get any of the normal confirmation/dispatch emails. They tell me they have sent it but it's been two weeks which is unusual. M and S orders take 4-7 days on average.
Anyone else had a problem?
