I have longish (just above bra strap) thick, straight hair. I have some layers and it looks ok-ish if I straighten & serum it but I don't have time to do that every day and I worry about heat damage as I also dye it. So, I generally end up chucking it up into a pony or messy bun everyday. If I don't straighten it it goes bushy around the mid-lengths.
Anyway, I won a free hair cut at a good salon on Saturday and I'm considering a bit of a restyle. I'm thinking some kind of long bob maybe? I really don't want to end up looking frumpy or old (I'll be 34 on Friday) or with something that will end up being high maintenance.
I'd really appreciate any ideas/pictures/thoughts on what I should ask for.
