Has anyone ordered from Bloomingdales?

They have some amazing deals there but I was wondering about the import duties. They seem to have an option whereby you can pay taxes in advance but I'm a bit worried the stuff would still be delayed in customs.

Does anyone have any experience?

Not Bloomingdales but I ordered a Michael Kors watch (that is unavailable in the UK) from Saks Fifth Avenue and it arrived no problem within 10 days. They use a third party fulfilment company called Borderfree who do all the shipping and tax calculations at the time of purchase.

The watch was $225, had a £9 international shipping code and they quoted £28 for taxes so all in cost me £188

I think Borderfree do the same for Macy's and Neiman Marcus too.
