can anyone recommend a good one that will not cause my problem skin to break out?

I have been using the Clarins HP Plus SPF40. It's a mineral sunblock rather than chemical which I think means it is less likely to cause irritation. I don't suffer hugely with breakouts, but can say that this has really had no impact on my skin at all (other than protecting it from the sun!) so it seems fairly benign.

I like Sun Sense factor 50 from Amazon. Can't speak for problem skin as mine isn't sensitive but it's reasonably priced and lasts well.
