Hi ladies, my dh works shifts and can be on his feet pretty much all night. He needs good quality leather black smart work shoes to go with suits. I really want him to get a pair that are really comfy, or shock absorbing or something. He comes home so tired and his feet ache. Feel sorry for him, anyone recommend me where to send him? Budget about €120 so £100 ish..

I read this as a pair of shoes for a black man...Blush

Clarks had some good ones on sale recently. I'd start there.

AndTwoBits · 29/09/2013 14:12

:) glad you like... dh is on his feet 12 hours at a time, he needs comfy! He is 26 and usually ultra trendy but for work shoes they have to be well padded etc. I brought them for him and he says they are the comfiest shoes he's had!

AndTwoBits · 29/09/2013 14:22

That is great, dh is 45 and has been doing 12 hr shifts for 20 Years now. He says it's finally taking its toll on him, poor guy.

They do need a little breaking in though, which is only fair if you're in the old bill (they were originally recommended to me by a policeperson) .

AndTwoBits · 29/09/2013 14:27

Thank you ladies I will show him this and let him decide. Appreciate all responses.

Barker shoes- more expensive, but come in different width and last ages. Highly recommend.
