MEN's waterproof winter coats ...

I'm here on behalf of my DH - looking for recommendations for men's winter coats, has to be:

waterproof and breathable;
mid-thigh to knee-length;
with a hood if poss;
budget £200 ish;

[he says also must make him "irresistible to women" but I don't think that's actually a must, I just don't want him to be an utter embarrassment to me in it ...! Would like one that would do as his winter coat, i.e. he can wear it to anything, work, football matches, funerals etc]

Any recommendations?

Forgot to say - not too pale in colour as it has to cope with the odd splash of mud.

Oh well, I have bought him a Paramo Cascada, £175. Not arrived yet but I don't reckon I need to worry about hordes of panting women. Will let you know if I am wrong ...!
