Don't like Orgasm anymore.

I have used Nars Orgasm blusher for years. But I've gone right off it. I like the colour but it's far too sparkly for my old cheeks.
Can anyone recommend a similar (preferably cheaper) blusher without all the sparkle and shimmer?

Not cheaper, but have you tried the Deep Throat shade? I found that was much more natural-looking, good colour and no shimmer so switched to that for daytime

JamEyelid · 25/09/2013 19:03

I Came on to suggest Deep Throat too.

I used to use Orgasm until I went all hippy/natural and now I use Lily Lolo mineral blush in Ooh La La - very similar but without the shimmery shit. And loads cheaper (£7-ish I think).

It's just a powder so not scary to use if you've never used mineral make up before Smile

I can't tell if these are real products.

I've got a Rimmel which is a very similar colour but no sparkle.

shopafrolic · 25/09/2013 22:11

Not cheaper but this is amazing

ZacharyQuack · 25/09/2013 23:31

TheBalm Frat Boy is similar colour to Orgasm but without the sparkle.

I switched from Orgasm during the day too, and only use it for nights out now.
My new daytime go to is Chanel Poudre in Rose Petale.

Grin Picnic

Grin picnic Maybe the new G-Spot Multiple would satisfy you?

The names are stupid.

I use Benafit Coralista. Benefit are a cheap make but in recent years there prices have gone up but it's all hype.

I do love this shade on me

Look at Bourjois- £7 and many like Orgasm.

mrsharrystyles · 26/09/2013 16:52

Hadn't thought of Bourjois.
I'm currently using a Bobbi Brown cream blush. I like it, but it has the staying power of a gnat.
On a side note, I bought a magnifying mirror this morning. Oh my fucking god! I don't know what's worse, my bare skin or my streaky make up. I need a facial. Hmm

Mac blush shades are very good.
