Non-leather boots - are they a mistake?

I am skint when it comes to clothes but have seen some cute little ankle boots in Sainsburys for £25. They are non-leather but felt comfy. I'm tempted to get them but will they fall apart the minute I set foot outside, especially if wet? They don't look really obviously not leather but I'm worried they will look naff.

I had a pair of non-leather ankle boots last year. They've worn well, IMO and I've bought anothe pair this year. Much more waterproof in my experience.

I'm a vegan so leather is a no-go, I have never had any real problems aside from when I've bought cheap crap lol :)

No, go for it. My fav pairs of boots are all non-leather. I love one pair so much I took them to get the sole stuck back on after wearing them A LOT for 3 years.

I've never had a problem with non leather.

From my experience, if the sole is more than a couple of cms high, then it should be absolutely fine.

Now, you got me looking at the tu range online (no big sainsburys near here) and am really tempted by the riding boots. thanks! Smile
