Can anyone recommend a really comfy pump/ converse type shoe?

My feet are very intolerant to shoes and only cope with uggs or flip flops .. I love wearing chinos and want to wear them in the autumn with pumps .

Have you tried Supergas? I think they are a little comfier than converse and there are lots of great colours.

Ash are good

Vans

bishboschone · 22/09/2013 14:33

I never thought of that lama.. It's my toes that hurt though on the sides . It's weird as I don't have Bunions or visibly bad feet but they when restricted .

Your little toes? Are they rubbing on the sides?

bishboschone · 22/09/2013 15:27

Yes and all the pumps I have tried have given me blisters at the heel. Ironically the only ones that are comfy are primark £5 ones but I would like some decent ones.

If I but a size bigger they don't stay on.

I just ordered vans for ds1 and dd from Coggles at really dramatic reductions and it reminded me of this thread. Worth a look here. I used code lfw15 for £15 off £120 spend which expires on 23/09 - obviously wont help if you are just buying Vans but useful if there is other stuff you fancy.

bishboschone · 22/09/2013 17:13

Thank you for that .. I looked but nothin suitable .

Birkinstocks do 3/4 length insoles so your can wear then without your toes getting squashed.
