Benetton sizes -help please

Some pretty things on the Benetton website. I've tried working out my size but it's all odd. I'm a UK14, would this make me a M or L? Any ideas? Thx.

Bump. Any ideas? I think I'm an L although I seem to exceed all their waist measurements!

I am a UK12 and I need a large and sometimes that's even too tight

Thank you. I think I might just go to the shop. The website doesn't have everything in the shop anyway (a tartan scarf and tartan leggings i saw the other day - for my niece, not me).
