I like clothes, but generally I don't do fashion. However, when a trend comes along that is easy to wear and comfortable suits me, I'll go with it (and probably wear it more much longer than it remains fashionable 
)
So, I am liking dresses with ankle boots, but I am 45 and, I think beyond, little flippy dresses. Would something like this Top Shop dress work with either of these Clarks boots ?
Again I'm not looking for cutting edge, just a nod to the trend and a comfortable slightly dressy casual outfit. I have a couple of "parties" coming up where people are celebrating their birthday with a night in the pub.
Any better suggestions gratefully received, but must start with comfy shoes!
