Girls winter coat - age 5

I'm after a winter coat for my daughter for day to day wear, waterproof & warm, with a hood and that is a decent length so it covers her bum. Have been looking at tresspass, regatta, north face but not very inspired and some are so pricey. The ones in all the usual shops (M&S, Debenhams, etc) seem only to be shower proof rather than waterproof. Oh and it has to be pink or purple as she is still firmly in her 'pink' phase. If I could get all this for around £40-£50 I would be pleased. Any recommendations?

Try an outlet shop full of bargains. We have an outlet village in south west called Clark's Village. They have regatta outlet next m&s gap etc. Maybe worth a google.?

I have this for DD1 (8) in bright pink considering having it for DD2 (3) size 5/6. Take a size up it does cover the bum
