Colourful large tote bag for work?

In my fantasy life I have a Louis Vuitton Neverfull in one of the bright colours, in which I tote my junk stuff to work when in London.

In real life I have my regular handbag plus a carrier of some type which usually has my heels, lunch, etc. in it. Very sloppy.

I want to get a nice large tote/shopper type of bag that I can fit this stuff in. Ideally it would take an A4 ringbinder/laptop. Budget doesn't stretch to the Neverfull. Can anyone recommend a cheaper (but stylish) alternative?

I bought one from Taylor Stephens after Kat from does my bum look 40 in this posted about a leather bag they'd gifted her. I ordered one for about £40 but it's not leather although the handles might be. It's a nice bag though a tag side ties like LV but I've since seen it much cheaper on ebay. You can see a green one here

Better pic here . The brand was fashionstar so likely to be available for 10p from Hong Kong on ebay if you like it. It's a nice bag for being non-leather (and I don'tnormally do pleather)
