Is this dress a good idea? <help>

I am 5.5 and a size 12/14...large boobs sadly.
I really like this dress and thought I could team it with black opaque tights and knee length flat boots?

I don't think that dress is a good idea for anyone. their height and their size is largely irrelevant.

I'm not mad on the square pattern. Being large boobed myself I'd be worried that the squares might become rectangles over the boobs (sorry)
