So, I saw this dress in Stylist weeks ago and have been scouring the Monsoon website/stores for it ever since:

Now...could it be, very possibly, that it is new collection and it simply isn't in stores yet? Or did Stylist make a mistake and it's not Monsoon after all? Has anyone seen it anywhere else (or, indeed, in Monsoon)?

Desperate to get it for a November wedding...
