Jingly jangly boots

I got some new boots today, couldn't afford to spend much so when I spotted these I thought they were quite nice and even though they are not leather they will probably last the winter out so that's good enough for me. When I tried them on there was a band playing outside the shop so it was quite noisy. When I got them home and tried them on I noticed that they jingle jangle when I walk. The buckle bits aren't tight enough IYKWIM and they make a really annoying noise. Is there anything I can do do you think or should I take them back? Its so bloody annoying because they are really comfy, and exactly what I was looking for.....www.steadandsimpson.com/Womens/Boots/Ankle/Womens-Black-Ankle-Boot-with-Faux-Shearling-Collar-18616

Take them back. It'll irritate the hell out of you after a couple of days.
