good all in one shampoo / conditioner

are any of them as lack time to wash my hair!

umm it depends on what condition your hair is, and the length etc.

I have used the Head and Shoulders 2 in 1 when my hair was shorter. I don't think I would now, as the conditioning part wouldn't be sufficient.

I stopped conditioning my hair daily on MN advice, and started conditioning the ends only once a week.

Then I got it all cut off and forgot to even do that . (I do wash it every day, honest).

I think if you have long hair they aren't quite good enough.

How about a shampoo then a leave in conditioner?

Yoni, I find that Head and Shoulders makes my eyes really hurt.

I use Boots naked shampoo now, it's silicone (sp?) free.
