I have done Pilates for a while but have been getting a bit bored with it. The other day found out about these ballet exercises. There is a woman called Mary something who does a demonstration on Youtube and after 15 mins everything was burning - great! Must be doing something.
She has a book out, I've downloaded the sample onto my iPad but it's only the first chapter and no actual exercises in that bit.
Just wondering if anyone has this and is it good? Also, if anyone has any other recommendations for similar exercises that would be great. I don't need to lose weight but I am not very toned or strong and would like to improve muscle strength/flexibility.
