I got a bright red one from Primark which I love, but that doesn't really help you as you can't order online - sorry!!!

which I love and was very reasonable in price!
I suppose the fit you go for depends on your shape and size and what you want to wear with it - I am 5ft 5 and a size 10 and my basic look is dress, biker jacket and boots so works for me!

I got this one from All Saints a few months ago and love it, hoping it's going to last me forever.

River Island black one with quilting detail, bargain at £100 and gorgeous soft nappa-esque leather, slim in the arms and a lovely shape, silver hardware. Perfect IMO.

I have an all saints one too - leather oxblood (purple). It's gorgeous and soft and, as above, I'm hoping it'll last and last.

Divinydelle - topshop one looks like the short of style I like.

Is it obviously not leather?

Do you need to size up?

I am usually 12 on top, 14 below. 5ft4

I have and love one from Oasis. It's nearly two years old now and is wearing really well.

Whistles - this is mine. I was lucky enough to have it bought for me by my very generous boyfriend. Not been out the wardrobe yet as I got it in May and it's been far too hot since. Hopefully will get plenty of wear out of it this Autumn.

The one I had before my All Saints one was from Warehouse - really really soft leather and perfect shape, so they might be worth checking out too. It was around £120. I ripped a massive hole in it on holiday after 4 years wear :(

Thank you Kezztrel, it's the first leather jacket I've ever owned & I had wanted one for ages.. and tried on many.

I got one in Oasis, about £60.

Personally I'd deffo go for real leather, not pleather. I think it's hard for pleather ones to not look cheap, and whereas leather just gets softer and nicer with age, pleather looks crap doesn't.
