I ordered a pair of boots from Hudsons back at the beginning of August. They were what I consider to be very expensive (150 pounds). When they arrived it was clear that they had already been worn, they were scuffed, the suede was completely faded on the toes - I couldn't believe that any company would send them out in that condition.
I phoned the company who said to send them photos. I have now emailed them over 7 times, sending photos. Twice they have replied and said they didn't get the photos and couldn't do anything without them, and the rest of the emails have been ignored. I have sent the photos in a number of different formats.
I have since had to leave the UK to come back overseas, so the boots are at home with my DM!
Has anyone dealt with this company before? Any advice on my next move, and who to contact? It is very frustrating!
