My baby girl is 4 months old, Iam brestfeeding and my hair has become very dry, frizzy. Would you recommend a treatment, shampoo which I could try? very nice when my 5 year old said to me "mummy you need help with your hair!" not something you hear from a man.....

My hair is coloured and has become increasingly wavy/frizzy, despite using good quality products for my hair type - but I've just bought some Frizz Ease serum and leave in conditioner which is having a good result. Hair feels much smoother and falling into nice waves.

I bought some argan oil in one of the pound shops. It's excellent and better than one i bought in boots which was expensive.

I had that and I just stopped using shampoo. Conditioner only. Worked really well :)

Great tips many thanks, will def. try argan oil (some beauty products you get in pound shop are great) and will give Frizz ease a go. must buy some quality leave in conditioner, my little one is teething at the mo so pampering time for me is a real treat! i mean like having a face pack and glass of wine in bath with my smelly candles..... :) me time? whats that?

Frizz ease is a silicone product and will work as a quick fix. A silicone free conditioner and/or argan oil will leave your hair in much better condition in the long run. Lots of people swear by coconut oil too.

Thanks for that Whitecat - I didn't know that.
