So my gorgeous friend is treating me to a morning with a personal shopper/stylist. Very exciting - in advance i have been asked to tell her whose style I like....my mind has gone completely blank!

So in the hope of some inspiration....who are your style heroes??

Olivia Palermo, Giovanna Bataglia, Miroslava Duma, Ulyana Sergenko. I wouldn't dress like them exactly (OTT), its nice to see something a bit different. I often like what Sienna Miller wears, too. And I like the blogs of Tiffany Wendel and Wearing It Today for realistic outfits.

Oh yes to Naomi Watts and also Gwyneth Paltrow.

No not carol. Not Gwen or anyone that tries too hard.

I love Millie Mackintosh, Mollie (from the Saturdays), Lauren Conrad.

All quite simple, unfussy dressers who always look fresh and done.

I also like women who have a definite look and go with it, Rachel Zoe to name one.

I like alexa Chung. She always gets it right IMO.

I like Laura Bailey. She doesn't look like everyone else.

Jennifer Connell and Kate Beckinsale also look effortlessly stylish.

My absolute hates are Aniston, Stefani and all of Towie!

Ha ha that was meant to be Jessica alba - always looks great in her jeans.

I'm going to get flamed but I like a lot of what Kate Middleton wears - simple and elegant.

Reese Witherspoon usually looks good too, as does Kate Winslet.

Another Laura Bailey fan here. Also admire Helena Christiansen, Michelle Williams & Diane Kruger. I live Vivienne Westwood's style too for her individual life's too short attitude towards clothes.

If I could have any wardrobe from a film it would be Audrey Tautou's in Priceless. Except for the very low cut stuff at the end. It's all gorgeous.

I don't have their creativity or money but I love to see what Vivienne Westwood wears as she has no fear. I also really like Daphne Guinness who has become more stylish and creative as she has grown older and I assume, more confident. Unlike Westwood, who will wear something horrible to shock and make people think, Guinness tends towards the more beautiful end of art/clothes. Both brilliant.

I'm struggling to think of anyone younger as they seem to be quite boring. Alexa Chung seems to plough her own furrow even if I find her style a bit dull so I admire her for just dressing her own way and letting everyone else catch up. What she wears is at least more attainable for ordinary women on a budget.

Henry Holland is quite a stylish chap and I'm not above nicking ideas from men.

Ah if I won the lottery I'd create a massive mood board and then shop the hell out of it... I've never been able to come up with genius on a budget like a fashion student could.

Ah yes Diane Kruger.. She's fab. And Helena Christiansen..

I love Pippa Middleton's style. She really knows what suits her and always looks very chic in my opinion.

She was slated by Liz Jones for her lack of style which just made her go up even more in my estimation.

I just can't stand the Middleton's sorry.. So boring, too old for them with no natural flair and overtly co-ordinated..

Zooey Deschanel and Katie Holmes. Both do casual very convincingly.
