If so what do you wear?

One good way is to take a weeks worth of clothes into work on a Monday using public transport or your car then cycle the rest of the week and get changed out of your cycling stuff into your work clothes when you get to work. This does require a good sized locker and showers though.

Yes, but as it's less than 10 mins on my bike to work and mostly quiet off road cycle paths, I often wear dresses/skirts as long as they aren't too long and floaty, or too short to be decent!

Yes... Have two solutions. For my longer commute I have black leggings that I can cycle in but then can bung dress/tunic over the top when I get there. For short commute I wear trousers too and put top in bag. If I am to get hot will opt for more cycling gear and change, if journey is short/I'm going slowly then I might think about wearing work clothes
