Any codes out there? Also, what's the sizing like - particularly on bottoms? Who are they comparable with sizing wise? Is it worth buying their jeans? Thanks v much

CK87 gets you free delivery (expires 1st December 2013). I have bought quite a few bits from Wrap. I find their stuff is true to size, I am a standard size 10. I can't comment on the bottom thing, as I'm very straight up and down myself! I haven't bought their jeans but they look fantastic in their catalogue.

Crutchlow35 · 05/09/2013 20:24

Their stuff is dreadful. You are better off at asda. I would never buy from them again.

LalaDipsey · 05/09/2013 22:12

Why not, Crutchlow?

In my experience the stuff doesn't wash well at all. I got a lovely top. Looked like a dishcloth after the first wash. All misshapen and bobbly.

PoshPaula · 06/09/2013 08:49

That hasn't been my experience but there you go. The summer trousers and shirt I bought have been great and I've had a lot of compliments when wearing them. The new dress I bought for autumn feels and looks good. I've got my eye on a coat. I haven't bought woollens from them, though.

teta · 06/09/2013 09:17

I have bought quite a few things from Wrap.My experience has also been bad.All the tops I bought last year went misshapen after a wash.A cashmere tunic bobbled immediately due to poor quality.A Parka I ordered was shapeless and enormous.I love the styling but have to keep reminding myself about the poor quality. The only exception have been the cashmere lace scarfs that I bought in the sale that are lovely and look like Brora for much less.

HeyLuciani · 06/09/2013 11:31

I was disappointed with Wrap. Like teta I think the styling and photography in their catalogue/website is excellent - I was totally seduced by it. Maybe I was unlucky, but everything I received was shabby, poor quality fabrics. One top was £70, but looked like something you'd find down the market for a fiver. I'd had my eye on these clothes for ages and waited until the sale to place a large order- what a let down Sad, I sent it all back. And I had to spend loads on postage to return it.

LalaDipsey · 06/09/2013 17:02

Ok have taken it all I'm board and against my better judgement remain seduced by their photography! Have ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of boots. Will report back!

Their customer service is atrocious - make sure you send any returns signed for with insurance.

MrsCampbellBlack · 06/09/2013 17:05

Oh and expect returns to take about 3 weeks to be processed.

LalaDipsey · 06/09/2013 18:02

Thank you mrsCB

Sorry for being so negative but I did find their whole returns process dreadful. And when I finally got through to someone, she was so incredibly rude.

So, although the catalogue cover looks pretty, I never even open it now.

catham · 06/09/2013 18:12

i got some sendra boots from there (size down) and had no problems, though i didn't have to return them!

LalaDipsey · 06/09/2013 18:12

It's the boots which did it for me (can't link on phone but the buckle detail boot) even tho they're not in stock until 22nd October....

OP posts:
MrsCampbellBlack · 06/09/2013 18:19

God, you're going to hate me but do make sure they don't take the money from your account until they despatch the boots. They have form for that too on here.

But I hope your stuff is lovely and you have no problems Smile [grumps away]

LalaDipsey · 06/09/2013 18:25

They have promised they won't..... But I will watch them closely and probably rue the day I asked for advice and didn't take it! X
