Are any of the REN products for combination skin worth the £££? I have blocked pores and oily T zone, and reading their website am v tempted to splash the cash - sales and marketing sucker.
Is there a cheaper option or will it make a difference? (apart from OCM)

I had some REN products free on the front of Red magazine. I took them on holiday to try and I came out in spots. I was very disappointed and went back to my cheapy Superdrug products when I got home.

I've had some bath/shower and scrub REN stuff as gifts and they smelt divine.

Never bought any - is it really £££? I feel all warm and gooey towards my gift giver now.

Never tried face stuff so can't advise.

The face stuff I had smelt lovely, just didn't agree with my skin.

I tried a tester of hand cream in a shop and that smelt lovely too, but it was £20 which is more than I can afford for hand cream.

Not worth it sadly. REN sounds lovely and make so many promises but sadly no results. I've been suckered in a number of times by their products over the last ten years but no more.

OCM. Results and low costs.

If you're after fancy bottles then get some special oil for OCM. Try either Melvita oils. They have lots of different ones.

Or for better value oils and nice bottles, go for Akamuti. I cannot recommend these people enough! Seriously. I buy their rice bran oil and hazelnut oils for oCM. Just beautiful and circa £7 each for 200ml.
They also do body oils. The flower island one or the lavender one are lovely after a shower in damp skin. A real treat. And £7.50.

Save your money. Honestly.

Something awesome in Boots, La Posh Rosay or something, all products are brilliant!

i used the red magazine stuff and the smell put me off trying anything else from them.

I don't know about the combination range but I use Ren's hydra calm moisturiser for sensitive skin. Whenever I try a different moisturiser, I end up with spots and go back to the hydra calm.

I used to use some of their products but then read some stuff about them which said they were not as 'pure' as they try to market and many of the oils etc in the products are irritants.

Love the rose shower gel and the frankinsence creams but that's it.

I love their stuff.

The glycolactic mask is fab, like having had a facial.

I like their vitamin day cream. Love the frankinsence night cream.

For me they do the job in that they moisturise without making my skin shiny or tacky or oily. Just right. I am prone to blocked pores, but never had that with REN.

Their hair conditioner is the best in the market.

Their BB cream was rubbish, IMO though
