Make-up for pores

My beloved Laura Mercier foundation has now started to settle in my pores. I am really peeved as it didn't do so until the past few months. I exfoliate daily and moisturise well. Clarins perfecting touch primer makes the problem even worse. Tried bare minerals too. It also sits in my pores.

Has anyone solved such a problem? Can you recommend me some products/techniques?

I've been using the L'oreal smoothing resurfacing primer and it's very good. You only need a little bit, and it's like Polyfilla for the face. I only use it in areas where it's needed.

I've also found that weather changes can cause problems.

Will look at that primer next time I'm in boots. Was hoping for a miraculous pore-hiding foundation. Any ideas out there?
