I had the voucher sent to both of my email addresses, so I've sent 8 codes out.
I'm waiting for the email off one person, so I can send one more to whoever pm's me first.

If you google 'gap vip voucher' - it brings up the webpage where you can sign up for the emails. I signed up with the same email address I'd registered before and no problems.

To be honest, they don't seem to regulate it. They never take a voucher from you, you can photocopy them numerous times. I sometimes give one to the person behind/in front of me in the queue when paying if they don't have one. It's just a promo thing by gap!
