Caring for sheep leather

My new Mango leather biker jacket has just arrived and looking at the label, it states that it is 100% sheep leather.

I've never had anything other than 'standard' leather before (to my knowledge), so how do I care for my new jacket? Thanks

From their instructions

No washing, Do not bleach, Do not iron, Do not dry clean, Do not tumble dry

Missed out the bit wear it says dry clean only.

The lining is polyester which can be sponge cleaned. Turn inside out and air outdoors every now and then
