Can anyone ID these shoes?

French navy, suede, low heel ( kitten/louis), strap across foot, sort of maryjane style but more delicate. Pretty edging.
Saw someone wearing them today but she'd gone before I could stop her and ask.
They are exactly what I've been looking for but didn't know they actually existed!

Still not theones, but Yipee has lined to some lovely shoes, and JamEyelid, thanks for link to shoesofprey. Have played around on that, can't see how to do edging or strap, maybe a bit expensive anyway, but have bookmarked site for a rainy day!
So I'm still searching for the shoes I saw - french navy ( or poss slightly lighter), heel about 2-3", footstrap with lace effect edge. I know I've ssen them in a shop somewhere, just can't work out where!
