Glamorous overseas wedding - suggestions please

I am going to a wedding end of November it is overseas so will be warm, if not hot, and will be glamorous but also old-school posh.

I have spent the day trawling websites but with all the winter collections in I cannot find anything suitable.

I am a size 10, 5' 4" but with a thick waist/no hips so the cinched in belted waist, prom style dress does nothing for me.

If anyone has any ideas they'd be much appreciated because I'm at a depressing loss...

Oh and I'll need a hat/fascinator/hair piece of sorts.

What about this? I bought it at full prize for a function a few months ago, would normally avoid East like the plague but was in there with my mother and tried it while she was trying stuff on. Definitely my best buy of the summer. Its jersey so super comfortable and ideal for packing but I found it quite easy to dress up with necklace/jewellery

would this work- easy care- could be dressed up- comes in other colours but cannot find- day glo yellow-( actually nice in real life) and kind of animal print type. I loved it but didn't suit me as I need things with a waist

Thanks for the suggestions - boosiehs I got totally distracted on the outnet, fell in love with a mc Q dress and it disappeared before I could make a decision. Now fear nothing will match up to the imagined fabulousness of me in that dress!

Cardamomgingeg - love that dress but too casual for the wedding, am going to buy it anyway

And harescold - great suggestion I have the patterned maya dress (fan of doesmybumlook40) DH hates it - not that I care but I e worn it a few times so need something else.
